A message from your PTO President

Happy Fall Kendrick Families and Faculty,

I want to start off by saying thank you to everyone who participated in our PTO Membership Drive and attended our Chuck E. Cheese Fundraiser last month. Also, congratulations to Joana Ornelas who won the drawing for our membership drive gift basket. Your contributions help to support PTO events/activities such as Book Day books for every student, 4th & 5th Grade Honor Roll Banquet, Accelerated Reader (AR) Rewards, Breakfast with Santa, and many others.

This month, PTO will be hosting our annual Trunk-or-Treat on 10/28/22, from 5:30pm to 7pm. This is an event for the whole family, so please come on out and trick-or-treat while viewing decorated cars, meeting/socializing with other Kendrick families, and listening to Halloween music. Children are encouraged to wear their costumes; however, costumes are not required. For those wishing to take part in the trick-or-treating, a punch card will be need to be purchased for $1 per trick-or-treater. The purchase of a punch card comes with a Halloween bag. Punch cards will only be sold during the event. PTO is also in need of candy donations for the event. Individually wrapped snack size candies can be turned into your student’s class until 10/21. The primary (TK-2nd) and intermediate (3rd-5th ) classes who raise the most pieces of candy will receive 1 free punch card and a Halloween bag. Please contact me (Raj Dhillon) via email if you have any questions or concerns regarding this event

Lastly, please make sure to join our contact list, continue to check our website for updates, and follow us on Facebook to keep up to date with all of the latest and greatest PTO news. You can also contact us via email: kendrickpto@gmail.com, if you have any questions, suggestions, or concerns.
